Witton Park Tea Rooms For several years the Old Stables Tearoom on Witton Park in Blackburn has provided a welcome cup of tea and a bite to eat for weary walkers and visitors alike. CARE operates the tearoom as a social enterprise giving people with a learning disability valuable experience in the working environment helping them build upon their knowledge and skills. Opening times vary through the seasons and you will always find an interesting array of food and beverages on offer. If you are passing by, drop in for a brew.
